The Field Interview Card app was designed specifically for law enforcement officers to simplify the process of taking field interview notes and generating FI cards. It serves as a replacement for traditional field interview paper notebooks, streamlining the note-taking process and enhancing accuracy.

APP FEATURES

INCIDENT NOTES

• Effortlessly enter details about the incident, such as start time, incident number, incident type, and address.
• No more wasting time searching for the incident address – simply tap a button to automatically look it up using the phone's GPS.

PERSON NOTES

• Record details about each person involved, whether they are a victim, witness, suspect, etc. Create multiple person profiles as needed.
• Scan people's ID to quickly add all their information to the FI card, including their name, home address, ID number, and expiration date.
• Easily describe each person using the physical appearance section.
• Capture contact information, such as phone numbers and email addresses, for future reference.
• Take photos of the individuals and add notes to each photo.

VEHICLE NOTES

• Add notes for each vehicle involved in the incident, including details like model, make, VIN number, license plate number, and color.
• Save time by scanning the vehicle's VIN barcode or registration card to automatically populate the necessary information.

FIELD INTERVIEW CARD GENERATION AND EXPORT

• Once all notes have been entered, generate the FI card automatically with all the relevant details included.
• Export FI Cards to your preferred applications, such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook, or Notes.

PRICING

The Field Interview Card app can be downloaded for free from the app store. However, to access all features, a Pro upgrade is required with an annual membership. The yearly membership subscription costs US$19.99/year after a 1-week free trial period.

LEGAL

The subscription fee will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period's end. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of renewal will be indicated.

Users may manage their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by accessing the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any remaining portion of a free trial period, if available, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
